MEET THE TEAM
Lindsey Adams Greenwalt, LCSW
Life is difficult — most people don’t reach out for therapy until they’re hurting or facing something unexpected. I create a compassionate space where you feel emotionally safe, genuinely heard, and respected as you process difficult experiences and build healthier patterns. My approach is personal and collaborative, integrating trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, and somatic work paced to what feels right for you.

Dakoda Hanson
Inspired by my own experiences in counseling, I pursued a career in this field to help people live more fulfilling lives. My personal philosophy of counseling puts you in the driver’s seat. Everyone can move toward growth and healing. However, change can be intimidating to navigate. I hope that I can be the guide to help you navigate change and meet your goals.
With a trauma-informed lens, I approach our journey together by recognizing your unique background, experiences, and strengths. My training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) as well as talk therapy that integrates exploration of the past, trying on new behaviors, and using your strengths to meet your goals. Change is a lot less intimidating when someone who cares is with you along the way.
Dakoda practices under the direct supervision of Melanie Downen, LCSW under Resilient Roots Therapy PLLC.
Rebecca Chavez

I bring experience in residential treatment, crisis intervention, and juvenile justice, specializing in youth while supporting clients across the lifespan.
My approach integrates EMDR, Brainspotting, Triple P Parenting, and TF-CBT in developmentally appropriate ways. I value including families in the process and am passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community in a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and accepted.
Rebecca practices under the direct supervision of Melanie Downen, LCSW, under Resilient Roots Therapy PLLC.
Trevor Ile, LPC
Life doesn’t always go as planned, and working through disappointment, difficult emotions, or major transitions can be hard to do alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to find clarity and move forward with confidence.
I earned my Bachelor’s from Lincoln Christian University and completed graduate work at Liberty University, but my deepest experience comes from twelve years in pastoral ministry, walking alongside adults, teens, and kids through hard seasons with empathy and a focus on real change. I work with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions.
Trevor Ile practices under the direct supervision of Lindsey Adams Greenwalt, LCSW, under Cornerstone Family Counseling, PLLC.
